In accordance with the legislation in force in France and Europe, Epiconcept undertakes to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of the users of its services, as well as to respect their privacy.
This policy also applies to recruitment management, for which Epiconcept uses IT resources (Candidates space and recruitment portals). Epiconcept uses data from applications in accordance with the regulations in force, and in particular the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). We present here the details of this use.
What information ? To do what ?
The data collected in the context of recruitment is only used to assess the candidate's ability to hold the job offered and to contact him as part of the recruitment procedure (qualification, experience, identity, contact details, etc.).
Limited access to data
Epiconcept implements security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of the personal data to protect them against any malicious intrusion, any loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties. Epiconcept ensures the security of information and guarantees that only authorized persons will take information from a candidate: the head of the recruitment file (Epiconcept HR manager) and an administrative assistant. Epiconcept's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is also involved in keeping the recruitment files entered in the register of processing activities kept by Epiconcept.
Data retention period
Epiconcept limits the retention of personal data to the period defined by law (two years). In the event of a negative outcome to an application, Epiconcept suggests that candidates keep their file in the event of other vacancies. Applicants may request its destruction at any time by writing to job@epiconcept.fr. The data is automatically destroyed 2 years after the last contact. Only the formal agreement of the candidate allows a longer conservation.
Conditions for exercising the rights of opposition, access and rectification
