Your missions
As part of our project team, you are responsible for managing IT projects from A to Z. These projects concern the development of web information systems for public health purposes: cohort management, epidemiological surveillance, disease screening, management of patient records etc.
Our clients are institutions responsible for the health of populations.
To do this :
– you intervene in pre-sales in response to calls for tenders and demonstrations
– you animate the launch and the management of the project: animation of the committees, management of the planning, drafting of the functional specifications, follow-up of the deliverables, report of follow-up, etc.
– you are the guarantor of compliance with the scope and milestones of the project
– you are the privileged interlocutor of the client throughout the build phase and are responsible for his satisfaction
– you ensure the transmission and supervise the deployment phase in conjunction with the dedicated consultant
– you are in charge of monitoring project milestones, estimating the rest to be produced and budget monitoring
As part of your missions, you may be required to process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Your profile
Your strengths for success:
Driven by strong human values in line with those of Epiconcept (responsibility, ethics, quality and long-term commitment), you demonstrate IT project management experience in agile or classic mode. Structured, able to take charge of the relationship with the client, you master the classic techniques of project management.
You have in-depth knowledge of IT development and software architectures.
You have an appetite for project management tools and methodology such as JIRA.
With an engineering background (computer science or bio-informatics), you have at least 4 years' experience in an international environment (fluency in written and spoken English).
During your experience, you have already worked according to a recognized project management methodology. Certification is a plus.
You demonstrate anticipation and inventiveness in your ability to meet customer needs within the framework and scope imposed by the project. You are organized and able to plan your interventions
