We are looking for a Project Manager (finance/NGO application) / Teleworking possible
Our SAGA software, whose purpose is the financial and accounting management of NGO field teams, is entering an important phase of migration in terms of functionalities as well as uses and associated technology.
Under the responsibility of the Head of the NGO BU, your mission is to define and decline the roadmap of the product but also to ensure its deployment and support in the field.
Your main missions:
Allow the evolution of the product: you draw up detailed specifications, plan developments, guarantee the test process and lead workshops with customers/users;
Manage user training: you lead or organize training, you produce and/or supervise the writing of documentation;
Provide user support: you process customer requests and assume the resolution and follow-up of tickets, escalate, document and track the correction of anomalies;
Finally, you participate in the commercialization and product marketing (drafting of product sheets, participation in demos, pre-sales advice, etc.).
As part of your missions, you may be required to process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Your profile
Training & Experience
You have a first significant experience (more than three years) in project management or IT application product
Your knowledge of standard software on the market is a plus (Sage, Navision, Cegid, etc.) allowing you to quickly integrate your functions.
Your knowledge of the world of NGOs can be a real asset.
