Your missions
As an e.Santé Deployment project manager, you participate in the various projects for the implementation of SAAS software within health structures, from framing to implementation. You also support customers over time by responding to requests for assistance and support.
Within the team, you are responsible for:
- Participate in the project launch phase in conjunction with the project manager and ensure a good understanding of the client's needs and compliance with the deployment schedule
- Ensure the configuration and deployment of software within health structures and as such, travel in metropolitan France and DROM COM are to be expected
- Provide training to users
- Ensure the acceptance phase
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction in this deployment phase, in conjunction with the project manager
- You are the interface between the customer and the internal teams for any technical question or customer need raised during this deployment phase.
As part of your missions, you may be required to process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Your profile
Your strengths for success:
Driven by strong human values in line with those of Epiconcept (responsibility, ethics, quality and long-term commitment), you demonstrate a proven knowledge of the architecture of Web applications and a sense of developed customer relations.
You are familiar with ticket management tools such as Jira.
Key skills:
Bac +5 with 2 to 5 years minimum of experience in IT project management (ideally SAAS software),

Rigorous, organized
High level of listening to customer needs
SQL/XML knowledge would be a plus.
