Your missions
Our Screening Products team offers a complete and operational management solution for screening programs for breast, colon-rectum and cervix cancers. Within this team of 13 people, you are responsible for managing the support service from A to Z:
– You will be responsible for the quality of our applications for our customers while respecting the security framework specific to the management of personal medical data.
– You manage the management of the support and maintenance activity and supervise a team of 3 people.
– As such, you organize the activity and set up the tools and methods with a view to continuous improvement
– After the deployment phase, you are the entry point for customer requests, and as such, you analyze the requests and send them to the teams concerned
– You actively participate in the maintenance of the installed applications: from the Régie to the resolution of anomalies
– You take charge of specific operations for customers (such as: database management, statistics, process implementation, etc.)
– You execute test plans on behalf of project managers
As part of your missions, you may be required to process personal health data. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of this data, in compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
Your profile
Your strengths for success:
Driven by strong human values in line with those of Epiconcept (responsibility, ethics, quality and long-term commitment), you demonstrate a proven knowledge of the architecture of Web applications and a sense of developed customer relations.
You are familiar with ticket management tools such as Jira.
With a Bac+2 training in computer science or computer support, you have at least 5 years' experience in web application support.
You are analytical and organized in your ability to meet customer needs.
